To remove popcorn and replace with knockdown or orange peal texture we charge an average of $3 per square foot with a minimum of $1000. If your ceiling is over 12 feet we will charge a scaffolding fee of $250 and if your ceiling is over 15 feet we charge a scaffolding fee of $500.
